13 Red Earned a Bid to Nationals Last Weekend


Congratulations to 16 Watling for a great end to the season.  They went undefeated into the Finals Sunday at the Sky High Open Tournament and ended up taking 2nd place overall.  They also finished 13th out of 66 in the WCPL.  WAY TO GO GIRLS!!!!

15 Czanstkowski Wins the Energy Tournament undefeated!





Sky High 18 Black won the 18 Open division at the Spring Classic in McCook this past weekend.
They went 7 - 0.




18 Bob came in 1st at the Top Flight Tournament today!


14 White took 1st place in the Sky High Challenge over the weekend.  Way to go girls!


12 Black took 2nd in the Windy City Power League earning a National Bid to US Jr Nationals in Dallas, TX!

17 Black took 1st in the CZ Spring Shootout! Congrats!




15 Purple went 14-1 overall and took 1st Place in the Blue Division for the WCPL on Sunday.

14 White took 1st place in the Windy City Power League Blue Division with a record of 15-0 on Saturday. Congrats!




13 Black took 3rd place in the Windy City Power league! Way to go girls!




 Vilsoet went undefeated in the championship to win the 18 U Energy tournament on Sunday.




18 Black went 10-0 at the MEQ in Indianapolis and earned an Open Bid to  Nationals in Dallas. They defeated Circle City, 18 Purple in three, 22-25, 25-18, 15-12.






Congrats to Sky High 17 Red!! Took 2nd at the MEQ National Qualifier, earning their bid to Nationals in Dallas!! Finished 9-1!



14-Bromley went undefeated in matches and games (5-0/10-0) to win the Circus Series Tournament on March 10!


Congratulations to 14 Bruns for winning the Asics Mikasa Tournament on March 10th, going 10-0 and winning their 3rd tournament this year.

Congrats to 16 Red, 17 White and 17 Blue. All three teams qualified for the Nationals with their finish in the Windy City Power League. 16 Red went 15 - 0 in the league taking 1st place and earning a NATIONAL bid. 17 White took 2nd in the 17 division and also earned a NATIONAL bid and 17 Blue took 4th in the 17 Division and earned an American bid. Congrats to all of the players and coaches for a job well done! GOOD LUCK IN DALLAS.

Sky high 16 purple went 5-1 this weekend to take 2nd place overall in the blue division for the Windy City power league.



18 Bonnem took 1st place in the Asics Mikasa Jan 13 Elgin Tourney and 2nd place in the Top Flight Feb 17 Tourney.


18 Vilsoet went undefeated to win the Top Flight 17/18 tournament.





15 Blue went 7-1 this weekend at the President's Day Challenge at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, only losing to Mintonette Sports in the championship match 17-25, 24-26. Congrats to all the girls for a great tourney, with special mention to Abby Majercik and Monet Charron for making the All-Tournament Team!





14 White took 1st place in the Sky High Presidents Classic!





12 Black went 6-0 this past weekend and are undefeated in power league! Congrats!



15 Red Wins Central Zone this weekend going 9-0!! CONGRATS!





Congrats to 14 White for going 6-0(12-0) this weekend in the Windy City Power League. Also, great job by 14 Blue for another strong weekend going 5-1 (Losing only to 14 White). Great job by both teams!

16 Marchinski took 3rd place at the Northside Series at Energy on Saturday, February 2.

First weekend of power league 12 Black goes undefeated in sets, 12-0!




14 Blue finished the Windy City Power League seeding round with a dominating all-around performance. We went 6-0 with a +60 point dif.



Congrats to 14 Bruns for taking 1st Place it the Jan 13th Top Flight tournament.


16 marchinski took 2nd place in their first tournament of the season.

Congrats to Kendall Kilberger - she was chosen for the USA High Performance Select Volleyball Team! Kendall will be training In Des Moines, Iowa, July 19th - 23rd. Tournament starts July 24th - July 28.Way to go Kendall! Good Luck from Sky High Volleyball!

16th Sandulak takes 9th in the Gold division at Asics! Friday they were 3-0 and advanced to Gold Division.Saturday was tougher competition, finishing 1-2. Losing the final match in 3 sets. Sunday, Gold Division bracket they finished 9th in the tournament losing to a JO team from Diamond Elite. Congrats Ladies!

Emily Casaletto and Julia Thompson won the 17U division of the AAU Midwest Beach Volleyball Championships in Holland Michigan on Monday and qualified for the AAU Junior Olympic Games. CONGRATS!



Just recently, Sky High Executive Director, Scott Harris along with the men's team, "Deadbeats" took 5th place in the Men's 50's division at the US Men's National Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah. Other members of the team include: Jaime Ali, Mark Cimaroli, Ray Elsman, Paul Gilbert, Jay Harwood, Larry Henderson, Steve Sargis and Mike Schmitt.

for taking 3rd Place at this years  AAU JR Olympic Beach Volleyball Championships  in New Orleans and
on their 1st Place finish in the 16U Division at the USA Volleyball Beach Championships which was held at North Avenue Beach in Chicago on July 23.

Sky High 17 Black won their second AAU Girls National Volleyball Championship in Orlando, Florida. After three days of competitive pool play 17 Black found themselves in a "Challenge" match in the afternoon of day three to advance to the single elimination playoffs. In the challenge round Sky High defeated Club Fusion 17 Black, 25-16, 25-20. On the final day, 17 Black defeated OVA (Orlando) 17 Asics in the quarter final, 25-19, 16-25, 15-11. In the semi final they defeated Northern Lights 171, 25-19, 25-22 and in the championship match they defeated TAV (Texas Advantage) 17 Black, 25-15, 17-25, 15-10.

This is the second consecutive National Championship awarded to this team and the first in Sky High history!
