WHAT IS P.S.T?

Group sessions that will provide quality repetitions in a specific skill set and stress the technical/tactical skill development as well as overall improvements.

Great for players preparing for school tryouts, club tryouts or just want to fine-tune their skills. Training sessions are open to Boys & Girls in 6th-8th grade, regardless of club affiliation. Elite sessions are only open to girls (7th-8th)
