Position Specific Training
Take your game to the next level with Position Specific Training (PST) at Sky High Volleyball! This program is designed to provide high-quality, position-focused training for athletes looking to refine their skills and get extra reps in their specialized roles.
This is a great opportunity for young athletes to get extra touches, sharpen their skills, and build confidence in their position. Join us and elevate your game!
Program Details
- Who Can Join? Open to girls in 5th & 6th grade,7th & 8th grade and 9th-12th grade, regardless of experience or club affiliation.
- Training Structure: Courts will be split by skill level to maximize learning and growth.
- Coaching: Led by our experienced Sky High coaching staff.
- Cost: $20 (1hr session)
