Welcome to the Tryout Registration Information page for the 2026-2027 Season of Sky High Volleyball! To make the registration process as streamlined as possible, please consult the tryout registration check-list before registering. If you have any questions, please call us at 815.356.0006. 15 & 16 Junior Olympic & Regional
Check-in: 8:00am
Tryout: 8:30am-10:30am
17 & 18 Junior Olympic & Regional
Check-in: 10:00am

Tryout Checklist
We understand that registering for programs can sometimes be a complex process, and we want to make it as smooth and straightforward as possible for you and your family. That's why we've created this comprehensive checklist. By following the steps outlined below, you can ensure that you have all the necessary information and documents ready before you begin the registration process. This will help save you time and prevent any potential delays.

Steps 1-7 (Review ALL)
Please review all steps prior to registering.
Step #1 - Confirm Tryout Details:
- Check the tryout date and time above to ensure you can attend.
- If you cannot attend, call our office at 224.513.5240 and ask for Walter Paiz
Step #2 - Read FAQs:
- If you are new to the Sky High Volleyball Club program, or especially if you are new to club volleyball, please read our FAQ page.
- Contact us directly if you have any questions not covered by the FAQ.
Step #3 - Create a Crossbar Account:
- If this is your first time using Crossbar, click here to create an account.
Note: The Crossbar account must be owned by an adult.
Step #4 - USAV Tryout Membership:
- Your athlete needs at least a USAV tryout membership to participate.
- If your athlete participated with a USAV member club for the 2025-2026 season, that membership is valid through August 31, 2026.
- You will need your athlete's USAV membership number to complete this registration and bring a copy of the USAV membership card (digital or hard copy) to the tryout.
Step #5. Find USAV Membership:
- To find your athlete's USAV membership status and number, follow these instructions.

Note: After purchasing the USAV membership, return to this page to complete the tryout registration with Sky High Volleyball.
Step #6. Register for the Correct Age Group:
- Ensure your athlete is registered for the correct age group and tryout as this affects their ability to play during the season and determines the tryout location and time.
- USAV age definitions are determined by the age the athlete will be on June 30 of the calendar year during which the season ends. (For the '25-'26 club season, the age of the athlete on June 30, 2026).
- Sky High Volleyball prefers athletes to try out with their grade level unless prohibited by their birthday.
STEP #7 - We are now ready to proceed to the tryout registration!

Teams Offered: Junior Olympic & Regional
Note: Do not re-register if you attended the Saturday, August 15th tryout. Just attend the tryout and wear your tryout shirt from Saturdays tryout.
2026-2027
IMPORTANT: Please consult the tryout registration check-list before beginning the registration.
If you cannot attend the tryout, please do not complete this registration. Instead, call our office in Libertyville at 224.513.5240, and ask for Connor.
Tryout Options:
If you would like to be considered for both Junior Olympic (JO) and Regional teams, please select the JO option. We will automatically consider all JO players for Regional if they do not receive a JO offer.
Non-Refundable Registration Fees:
Our tryout staffing is determined by the number of registrations, so all tryout registration fees are non-refundable.
Payment Information:
To complete your payment through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
After completing your payment, you will see a charge on your account from Sky High Volleyball.
Reminder:
If you cannot attend the tryout, do not complete this registration. Please call our office in Libertyville at 224.513.5240, and ask for Walter.
